Meet Acos

My name is Acos, and I've been coaching people from elite Athletes to everyday people for over 20 years!  

I started because I always struggled with my weight. I was the fat kid at school, and although was pretty good at sports, my weight let me down! I found a love for the understanding of the human body in all its complexities and intricacies and devoted myself to learning. Having now completed a BSc sport and Exercise Science, MSc Strength & Condtionning, PG Diploma in Performance Nutrition and I now Part time Lecture on MSc Programs for both Westminster University and Greenwich University!

Frequently Asked Questions

What skill level is this program for?

You will need a basic level of understanding for gym based resistance training movements. Although you will have exercise demonstrations and clear guidelines, it's probably not for you if you have never been to the gym.

When does it start and finish?

It starts on Monday the 8th September finishes on Sunday 7th December. Ever been in great shape for Christmas? This is your chance to miss the Jan New Years Resolution Train!

I'll be away for some of that time, can I still do it?

Absolutely! I have specifically made it 90 days (nearly 13 weeks) as I know most people will miss at least a week. If it was 8 weeks long you wouldn't get much benefit, but if you at minimum get 10 weeks out of the 13 you'll still get amazing results!

Do I need a gym membership before starting?

Not necessarily, although it would help. The first week I will be building everyone's Training programs individually so as long as you know when and where you're going to be doing the program, you can sign up whilst I am building your program.

Do I have to want to lose weight?

Nope! We have had lots of people with different goals. But the main thing is you want to make a change and want to build new habits to support that goal.
